The Swim and Fitness at the AIS Swim School program was last night announced as the winner of the Austswim Swimming and Water Safety School of the Year Award (ACT). Swim and Fitness at the AIS Manager Ali Parvizi says the award was recognition of the work and expertise of all staff. In addition to the main award won by the Swim and Fitness at the AIS, Swim School Manager Lyn McDermott was awarded with the Outstanding Contribution to Austswim Award, ACT Austswim Presenter of the Year and the Royal Life Saving Society Distinguished Service Member Award.
